The tutor says of himself:
Tutoring is my main job these days. I teach yoga as well. I dinghy sail and spend time walking with my Jack Russell terriers. From your point of view the important things are that I have lots of experience and so know how varied are the ways people approach learning, and I am relaxed. I worked for many years in Secondary Schools. I have been tutoring individuals for fifteen years. My experience as a counsellor is a help as often the problem is not so much the subject as how we feel about it! I am familiar with the new GCSE 1-9 Maths and Science Courses. I have to listen carefully to what it is you need help with, and then to work on that with you. Just working through the syllabus is often not what is needed. I have a “travelling lab” and so can do many of the experiments in science with you if you need this.

Here is some of the recent feedback Richard has received:
Richard helped Harry with his Maths, and did well. Richard's help was most worthwhile.
Mrs C from Melton ConstableRichard has been an exceptionally good teacher and Kerry has learnt a lot from the lessons. Thanks very much.
Mrs S from NorwichHi Simon, Richard was amazing. My son learnt more in 5 months than he had in his entire time at High School. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!
