I am an experienced Psychology tutor and lecturer, having taught the subject at several different levels over the last thirty years. I have taught at Norwich High School for Girls, and I have delivered GCSE, AS, A-Level, and degree courses in state and private schools, further education colleges and universities, both in the UK and in Europe. I have been an examiner for GCSE and A-level Psychology. I tailor my private tutoring to the individual needs of each student rather than being too prescriptive. The key areas that students ask for help with include organizing their learning, gaining more understanding of topics already covered in class, and examination techniques. I have always really enjoyed working with young people; it can be particularly rewarding when you feel you have contributed to making a real difference to their future. I am pretty flexible with scheduling tutoring times and try to fit in where I can with a student’s existing educational timetable.
