Tutor Profile - Shani

Shani has been tutoring English for both my children, now age 12 and 7 for the last 3 years. She has been amazing with both of them, helping from small things like punctuation to more stimulating creative and imaginative writing. The topics and homework she provides are very inspiring and they are motivated to achieve higher grades, particularly in story writing. My children have progressed a lot in general, particularly at school with greater improvement in their confidence.

This note is to recommend Shani to you as an English tutor. She helped my children with their English during 2009 to 2011. Thanks to her continued work with them, my children had the opportunity of going to the selective independent senior schools, City of London Boys and St James senior Girls School. Shani helped them with many areas of their English including essay writing, understanding text types, and working with literary techniques. Both of my children were inspired by her lessons and achieved higher grades in their examinations; she was always patient with them and thorough with the tutoring. Hi! Shani, Guy got his results 2 days ago. It has been a long wait. He passed all his exams and all his results were a Level 4. He also got a Level 5 for reading.
