I believe that every children has the right to attend school believing that they can achieve anything they put their minds too and that the work they do in school will lead them to have wonderful successful lives. The problem is so many children go into school believing the reverse, that they can’t do anything they put their mind too because they try that everyday in lessons and regularly finish lessons feeling that they don’t understand, that they can’t learn easily, that their is therefore something wrong with them and that somehow that they are not good enough.
I work hard to show children that not only learning is fun and enjoyable, but that everyone is capable of learning fast and effectively. I help children understand why they struggle, depersonalise their problems so that they can think about them objectively and show them how they can overcome their limitations and achieve happily and well. I work to turn children that struggle around fast often in as little as 12 hours!
